Force of Nature is a luxury wellness brand based in North Yorkshire, England. Founded by Kate.

 

We have created a brand that is beautiful and eco-friendly. Our ethos follows that we aim to use no plastic in our products and all products can be recycled. Luxurious whilst protecting the environment. Every detail has been considered, as we believe it is important to sweat the small stuff. . Inspired by our own desire to be mindful of how we live, and to keep moving forward. We aim to provide products that allow our customers to make time for themselves, reflect and make plans. Our ethos is wellness and supporting the environment, which is why our products are made with recyclable materials.

 

We aim to improve your life through our products. We believe we can improve your well-being one product at a time.

 

The name for the brand Force of Nature, seemed apt, given that we believe we can all be a force of nature, a force to be reckoned with, if we have the tools to move forward and make progress. Start with the smallest of things like 5 minutes of stretching or 10 press-up when you wake up. Do it every day and soon, you will have created a habit. It is in these small changes that habits are created, and over time, these habits compound and improve you and your well being. So set your goals, track your habits, start small, follow through with them, keep your focus, log your progress, check in.
